Generally, yes, it is a very bad idea to share your secret words with anyone. In the case of forgetting your password, however, you have effectively lost access to your wallet, which means you own none of hte Bitcoin, rendering your words useless. It is a risk sharing your words, but it is a bigger risk not recovering your Bitcoin
Unfortunately, no. I can only attempt to recover the password you protected your wallet with. This password gets added on to your 24 words, as an effective 25th word to generate your wallet
